Afternoon multidrop deliveries will reach their destination between your designated (PM) collection time and 18:00pm. We cannot specify an exact delivery time for any packages booked on our multidrop service but we are always only a phone call away if you would like to get an idea of what time a package will be delivered. If you're a freelancer... All returns will be done by the end of the following business day. Any returns which are urgent can be flagged up before/on collection. You are more than welcome to contact us at any time to get a more accurate idea of when a particular delivery will reach its destination. What are your payment terms and conditions?
