How long after the collection time will multidrop deliveries reach their destinations?

If you're a PR...

Morning multidrop deliveries will reach their destination between your designated (AM) collection time and 14:30pm.

Afternoon multidrop deliveries will reach their destination between your designated (PM) collection time and 18:00pm.

We cannot specify an exact delivery time for any packages booked on our multidrop service but we are always only a phone call away if you would like to get an idea of what time a package will be delivered.

If you're a freelancer...

All returns will be done by the end of the following business day. Any returns which are urgent can be flagged up before/on collection. You are more than welcome to contact us at any time to get a more accurate idea of when a particular delivery will reach its destination.

What are your payment terms and conditions?

Our payment terms are net 30 days by BACS transfer.

How do I ammend or cancel a booking?

For cancellations or ammendments to online bookings, please forward your delivery confirmation email to rootrasol@gmail.com stating your cancellation or ammendment in the email body.

Are my deliveries insured?

All deliveries are covered by our goods in transit insurance. Terms and conditions apply. Jewellery is not covered and we cannot accept responsibility for it.
